Position Overview

Are you passionate about performance vehicles and motorsport culture? Motion Control Suspension is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Experience & Sales Support Specialist to play a vital role in our high-performance operations. If you’re excited by precision engineering, thrive in a focused environment, and want to contribute to a brand with deep motorsport roots, we want to hear from you. This role is critical in facilitating smooth communication between end users, wholesale partners, and internal departments. It includes order entry, product and service support, and coordination with our repair and reconditioning department.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a focused, team-driven environment. A background in performance automotive or motorsport is a strong plus.

Key Job Duties

Sales & Order Management

  • Process and verify purchase orders through ERP (NetSuite experience preferred)
  • Ensure accurate and complete customer information is captured for seamless fulfillment
  • Liaise with production/shipping to ensure timely deliveries

Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Respond to inquiries on specifications, fitment, and compatibility
  • Offer guidance and connect end users with regional wholesale partners
  • Escalate complex inquiries or B2B leads to senior sales staff

Service & Repair Coordination

  • Schedule inbound service jobs and manage communication with clients
  • Provide timely updates during the reconditioning process
  • Oversee invoicing and outbound shipment of completed jobs

Required Skills & Experience
