Job Description

MCS is looking for motivated individuals who take pride in precision work and want to be part of a fast moving, quality driven manufacturing team. This position focuses on the assembly, preparation, inspection, and support of high performance suspension systems and related components used in automotive, track, and motorsport applications around the world.

Compensation is based on experience, skillset, and overall fit for the role. MCS offers opportunities for advancement, technical development, and long term career growth within the company. The pay range for this position is $12-24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Job Duties

Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and drawings
Assemble parts and products according to specifications
Use hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
