Sprint Racing: Every 150 hours
Sprint/Enduro: Every 125 hours
Endurance Racing: Every 75 hours
Storage or Low Use: Every 5 years
Turnaround Time
Standard service is completed within 7–10 business days. Rush service is available.
To begin, please complete the service request form below and send in your damper(s).
Send your Dampers in for Service
Any MCS dampers sent in for service must be accompanied by a service request form. Any dampers sent in without a service request form will result in delayed turnaround windows or lost dampers.
Please remove all top mounts, bushings and springs from the dampers before sending them in for service. This increases labor costs. You may leave the spring hardware on the damper bodies. In most cases, we do not need to move the position of this hardware but do advise that you record their locations in the event that it is necessary for our service team to move the hardware to facilitate service/repair work.
If your dampers include quick disconnect fittings (dry breaks), you must include the reservoirs with the dampers. We are not able to properly service the dampers without the reservoirs.
Please check your email for the completed form. Please print and include this form with your dampers for service. If this form does not accompany your dampers upon arrival, there will be a delay.
